In other business at the Planning Board session held on 6/13 Town Planner Bill Clark reported that there is a 40B proposal being developed. The property is off Hillside and Ford Ranch Road.The developer has retained a new engineer and making new plans.

Mr. Kelly asked for confirmation on the location. Clark stated it was at the location where the open space permit was denied. “Forty houses [accessed from] the bridge that you wanted. They are giving you the bridge”, Mr. Clark said.

The Planning Board had denied Mr Hamilton an open space permit. He sought to develop 2 – 3 homes that would be accessed via a driveway off Hillside. Neighbors opposed that. The board denied the permit in a split vote. Members Kelly and Lynch voted against; Innes and Duffy for. Mr. Whiteside who lives in the neighborhood recused himself.
