On Saturday, May 4, 2013, Susan Clare will discuss and demonstrate crafting with repurposed fabrics at 2 PM in the Keys Community Room (lower level) of the Milton Public Library, located at 476 Canton Avenue in Milton. This workshop called “Sewstainability” will highlight saving money, supporting sustainability, and making attractive and useful fabric items for personal use and as gifts. Expect to see examples of clever repurposing. (This program was originally scheduled for February but had been postponed due to snow.)

Susan Clare is the director and co-founder of Together Yes, Inc. in Norwood, which endeavors to inform and support sustainability, including economics, conservation of resources, and ecology.
