MHS textbooks available at Milton Public Library

Through a partnership between Milton Public Schools and the Milton Public Library, textbooks used by math and social studies classes at Milton High School are now available for use at the library. Students can access the books by presenting a student ID, driver’s license or library card at the Reference Desk on the library’s second floor. The books can not be taken home, but they can be checked out for use at the library by MHS students working on homework or studying for exams.

The library is a popular homework destination for area students; providing access to textbooks is one more way that the library supports the informational and educational needs of Milton residents. The library is grateful to MHS for the loan of the books, and to Barbara Wright of the Humanities Dept. for facilitating the loan. For more information about the textbook collection, please contact Emily Calkins, Young Adult Librarian, at 617-698-5757 or ecalkins@ocln.org.
