Milton resident and attorney Ned Corcoran is incubating an interesting idea that is getting some attention – putting a toll on Route 3. A recent post on the Boston.com blog Roads and Rails discusses the idea:

This is a scheme to make money, pure and simple. It is not a solution to traffic flow. Move more cars to the I93 bottleneck into Boston and they will just stack up. Same at the other end.
