The great equalizer in football is turnovers. It’s a numerical probability that any team — regardless of record — which wins the turnover battle enhances its chances of winning.

Such was the case on Friday evening when Framingham squared off against Milton in a Bay State Conference clash at Bowditch Field. The turnover battle — won decisively by Milton, 6-2 — figured greatly into the Wildcats’ 10-6 upset victory over the Flyers. (Read the full story here.)
