Nutrition Workshop at the Library

Studies show that good nutrition leads to better performance in academics, sports, and in life! But how do you prepare healthy meals for your family? Children’s Hospital Clinical Dietitian and Milton resident Tara McCarthy, MS, RD, LDN, will lead a workshop for parents and caregivers to help them learn to wow the kids at mealtime.

“Start Healthy Eating Habits Today”, takes place at the Milton Public Library on Thursday, October 4, at 7pm. By making nutrition a priority and learning how to plan in advance, Tara can help you with the challenges of raising healthy eaters. Milton chef Connie Spiros will join Tara with easy cooking tips to create quick and tasty meals.

This workshop is free, but advance registration is required. Please visit www.miltonlibary.org, click on the Events Calendar and register. This event is sponsored by The Friends of the Milton Public Library.
