At last week’s Planning Board meeting member Bernie Lynch provided the board with the disclosure letter he had written regarding his work with Connelly Construction.

Connelly Construction has a development before the Planning Board. Mr. Lynch from time to time is contracted by the firm to perform inspections. When the matter came up Mr. Lynch made the disclosure persuant to G.L.c. 268A, sec23(b)(3). He filed the letter with the Town Clerk in September of 2010.

Chairman Whiteside commented that including the letter in the public record protects the public interest and let’s people know “we are on the up and up.”
