Charting a Course for Childhood Nutrition

Do you struggle with picky eaters or junk food junkies? Do you stand in the aisle of the grocery store wondering which snacks to buy? How can you be sure you have prepared a nutritious snack or lunch for your child? What happened to the “Food Pyramid”?

The Milton Early Childhood Alliance is pleased to offer “Charting a Course for Childhood Nutrition” for parents and caregivers. This is a 2-part workshop which will be presented by Mercy Devadoss, RD, Lead Clinical Dietitian and Jill Gordon, RD, Dietitian at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Milton in Conference Room A. Part 1 will be held on Tuesday, May 22nd; Part 2 will be held on Tuesday, June 5th from 6:30-8:00 PM. Learn how to steer your children toward well balanced, nutritious and delicious snacks and meals.
