Firefighters and emergency personnel are working to put out a three-alarm fire that tore through a home on Canton Avenue in Milton this evening.

“The whole front of the house is engulfed in flames; the fire is just eating it alive right now,” said Peter Maxwell, a Curry College student who witnessed “big black puffs” of smoke coming from the home around 5:55 p.m. (Read the full story here.) Click “Read more” for video report from WHDH.
