The Planning Board has added a document, Zoning Matrix, revised 2.21.12, to the collection of materials related to the development of 131 Eliot Street. It provides a useful snapshot of the current status of the project from the Planning Board’s perspective; what requirements and issues have been resolved and  questions and concerns that remain to be addressed.

The Planning Board will be continuing the hearing on March 1st. The complete set of materials available on-line can be found here.
