Milton Players Captain Jen Gemma '13 and Katie Comber

While they have gotten off to a slow start (with a current record of 2-3), the Ducks are still looking to establish an identity as a team. Senior Rachel Selbert, one of the three captains, and teammate Julia Falco bring experience to the Ducks who graduated six seniors from last year’s team. Selbert is a tremendous setter who runs a great offense. The other two captains, Juniors Jen Gemma and Colleen MacDonald, have shown great leadership ability while leading the team in kills.

“The team as a whole is a great group of girls who work extremely hard. They possess great athletic ability and with a little more experience, the opportunities are endless for the Ducks,” said Coach McCarthy.
