Milton residents Jeff Mullan and Alyce Lee were recently appointed to the University of Massachusetts Board of Trustees by Governor Duval Patrick. Mr. Mullan recently stepped down as the head of the Department of Transportation. Ms. Lee is vice chairman of the Boston Medical Center board of trustees.
