The following are excerpts from arrest and incident logs provided by the Milton Police Department. All suspects are presumed to be not guilty until proven otherwise in a court of law.

On July 13 at 11:00 a.m., a resident of Ferncroft Road reported that sometime between July 12 and that morning, an unknown person or persons took a chair from her porch to one of the back windows of her home. Cigarette ashes were also found on her porch table. She said it did not appear as if anyone tried to break in, but it appeared as though someone was looking through her windows.  The resident was not interested in filing a report, but just wanted police to be aware of this activity.
