The Red Sox continued parsing down their roster, and in particular their bullpen, on Friday, optioning Scott Atchison and Michael Bowden to Triple-A Pawtucket and re-assigning Brandon Duckworth, Andrew Miller, Randy Williams and Rich Hill.
