In a conversation this afternoon Richard Livingston confirmed he is going to be joining Eddie Duffy and Tom Hurley as a candidate for the Board of Selectmen. They will be squaring off for the seat being vacated by Chairman McEttrick. All three have taken out nomination papers which are due at the Clerk’s office by 5:00PM on 3/8th.

Mr. Livingston, who moved to Milton in the mid-80’s and works for MassDOT, was a Town Meeting Member of 17 years and was an active member of the Playground Planners. He said, “My major objective is to serve.” He cited concerns about town infrastructure and the welfare of senior citizens as two areas of concern.
