When police burst into the Milton home in which 23-year-old Kerby Revelus was stabbing his siblings last year, they came upon “unspeakable violence” but managed to rescue a terrified 9-year-old girl, shooting her brother before he could extinguish her life, officials said yesterday.
About these men and the other police officers honored, Gov Patrick said, “Every day, they put themselves in harm’s way to ensure our safety — that alone deserves our deep appreciation.”
