Daryl Warner of Milton is the man. He is a local resident with a passion for the environment, the outdoors, and a desire to reduce his impact on the planet as much as possible.  He is also not above engaging in a friendly wager from time to time. Lastly, he likes to get out and see the world beyond Milton from time to time. Following is a video of what happens when these interests collide.

The wager was with one of his boys,  which was to determine who can outlast the other in the pushup department. The deal was they would each begin with a set of a thirty, adding another pushup everyday until somone gave out. Odds anyone?

Well, spring rolled into summer and a winner had yet to emerge. But Daryl wanted to hit the road which he did, driving his biodiesel car. It runs on vegetable oil. He was “processing” his fuel when I stopped by to wish him bon voyage. Thankfully there were no spills.

In any event, the push up contest continued throughout his road trip to visit friends and relatives in far flung places. As the video below can attest, he had fun with it.
