This is a shot of the construction at 36 Central Avenue. It is going to be a 4 story mixed used building. It is pretty big; but is it too big? Nothing can be done about that now. However, the Hendries site is about to be redeveloped and another 4 story mixed use building is being proposed. There are a number of questions that beg asking while there is time to influence its development. One will be its size.
