The team that played error free finally won out in the end. Shrewsbury had their chances but Milton made them pay for a couple of mistakes.

Shrewsbury managed 13 hits, but stranded nine runners and made three costly errors to allow Milton to steal a 7-6 win last night at Campanelli Stadium in the first round of the American Legion State Tournament.
