It was an up and down day for the Milton American Legion baseball team. After dropping a game to Brockton 5-4 in a game that went into extra innings; they bounced back against Sandwich and eked out a win 9-8.

Milton stays in the hunt and will face off against Brockton again this afternoon at Braintree High at 4:00. After their last game the Brockton coach had this to say, “Give Milton credit, they didn’t die, down 4-3, and came back. This is Legion baseball, there is no loser in this game. Milton will face Brockton again this afternoon at 4:00pm at Braintree High.
