Outdoor movies courtesy of DCR – Star Trek this week

This is not in Milton but it is very close and very cool. The DCR is sponsoring an outdoor family film series with the Boston Narural Areas Network. The newly refurbished Martini Hatch Shell in Hyde Park and Pope John Paul Park in Dorchester (Neponset Circle) are the venues. They’re right around the corner!

The films start at sunset. The series runs at the Martini Shell in Hyde Park on Tuesdays from July 6 – August 24 and at Pope John Paul Park in Dorchester from July 8 – August 26.

Due to certain restrictions, the BNAN is not allowed to publish the film title online, so they give clues. Following is the schedule along with our best guesses as to the film to be shown. This is part of the larger summer long Neponset Greenway Festival. You can learn more about events and programs here.
