Town Meeting Member James Mullen first raised the issue a few years ago. Not every student lives at home with mom and dad.
Some live with sisters, cousins and grandmothers. Some split where they sleep, due to a divorce. Some have no home at all, living in shelters. And yet they’re all legally entitled to an education. (You can read the full story here.)
