Reminder: Forensics Expert Dr. Henry Lee at Milton Library 9/24

If only Sherlock Holmes could be there! World famous forensics expert Dr. Henry Lee will talk about his life and investigations into notorious crime cases, such as the O.J. Simpson case, the murders of Laci Peterson and JonBenet Ramsey, the re-investigation of JFK’s assassination, and more.

October events at the Milton Public Library

During the month of October, the Milton Public Library is offering a wide variety of great programs for adults.

There will be a college planning workshop on Tuesday, October 7th at 7 PM with Milton resident and educational consultant Veronica Guerrero Marcia.  With 20 years of experience in education and college admissions, her goal is to get every student into the “best fit college” for their success.

Meeting: Board of Selectmen

The Board of Selectmen are meeting in the Cronin Conference Room at Town Hall on September 23rd at 7:00pm. Note: They will begin with an executive session to discuss 0 Central Ave. Open session will include but not be limited to  Police Patrolmen interviews, Consolidated Facilities quarterly report, 0 Central Ave (town-owned Hendries property) and a bid extension on demolition of 0 Central Ave. You can find the full agenda here.

St. Michael’s to Offer “The Crooked Journey”

Six-week non-denominational course invites participants to explore the often winding and complicated path to faith

People of all faiths are invited to join The Rev. Dr. Joyce Caggiano and The Rev. Hall Kirkham of St. Michael’s Church for “The Crooked Journey”, a weekly non-denominational course that invites participants to think outside the realm of structured religious practices and frameworks, and explore and share experiences on the path to seeking God.
