O’Connell civil suit for shooting incident dismissed after settlement

Wicked Local Milton reports that the court case involving the shooting of a former Milton firefighter, John Fasano, by  Robert O’Connell has been settled. The attorney for Fasano stated “Mr. Fasano is a man who was shot and lost a piece of his liver,” Casby said. “So whatever he recovered, he’s never going to replace his liver.”  You can find the full story here.

Long time resident Lloyd Wilkie passed recently. Along with his son Steve, Lloyd was a tremendous hockey fan and supporter of the MHS team. As sports photographer Roy Chambers noted, “He will be sadly missed.”

Blue Hill mountain biking in the snow

Following the jump is a video of a guy mountain biking through the Blue Hills. He is likely wearing a GoPro camera. If you are unfamiliar with them they are nifty video cameras you can attach to a hat or helmut so you can film hands free. The370zzz filmed it and it looks like fun though I don’t think I would try it.
