Fifty performers shine at 24th Milton Young Musician’s Festival

The Milton Young Musician’s Festival celebrated its 24th year this past Saturday. The Festival, founded and directed by resident Emma Jean Moulton, has been providing Milton musicians of all ages an opportunity to perform in an adjudicated competition and take master classes from professional musicians.

This year over 50 young musician’s participated in the festival, representing 8 schools.

The Milton Young Musicians Festival is supported in part by a grant from the Milton Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, and by the Milton Junior Women’s Club.
