The Planning Board has published it’s recommendation regarding Warrant Article 2 (“Institutional /Commercial Development”) that is on the warrant for Special Town Meeting. Included in the document are: 1) Proposed Amendments to Proposed Subsection L of the article and 2) the Planning Boards report regarding the Blue Hill Ave. Institutional/Commercial Development Overlay District.
The report begins: “The Planning Board by majority vote of members Jackson, Whiteside and Innes, with members Lynch and Duffy opposed, recommend that the Town Meeting should adopt Article 2 (“Institutional/Commercial Development” zoning) with the amendments which are attached as Exhibit A.”
