Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Milton (BID-Milton) will offer free valet parking to hospital patients and visitors beginning on Monday, June 1. The free service will be available at the hospital’s Highland Street entrance Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm and will be provided by Valet Park of America.

“As more patients choose to get their healthcare at BID-Milton, finding a conveniently located parking space has become challenging at times,” explained Cindy Page, vice president of clinical and support services for the hospital. “We anticipate offering free valet parking at the hospital’s Highland Street entrance  be a great benefit for our patients, many of whom have difficulty walking distances;  and will further our mission of providing an exceptional patient experience.”

According to Ms. Page, the hospital began a valet parking service for its staff about six months ago in order to create additional parking on campus for patients and visitors. With the recent growth in the number of patients using the hospital, particularly in outpatient services, that additional parking was quickly utilized, leading to the implementation of valet parking for patients and visitors.
