Attendees: Sheryl Fleitman (Co-Chair), Phil Johenning (Co-Chair), Ginny Corcoran, Ken & Stephanie Foley, John Rowe, Jenn DeBarge-Goonan, Liz O’Rourke, Cindy Christiansen

1. General Update:

The appeal filed relative to Runway 33L has been lost. The court gave no reason given why we were not supported.

2. Goals must be set so that we maintain our focus and can document progress.

Short Term Goals:

i. We need some professional help and to get that started we need an informational packet sent to Barbara Lichman in CA. We need expert outside help as there are no experts in Town government.

ii. Sheryl to attend a Selectmen’s meeting Citizens Speak

iii. Reduce flights over Milton by promoting fairness and emphasizing the increased harmful effects and documented illnesses due to environmental effects of the concentration of planes into consolidated flight corridors (RNAVs). Distribution makes it fair.

iv. Have our informational brochure ready to print by next meeting.
3. Expand our membership. How?
Specific suggestions:

i. Everyone should be talking to their neighbors; talking points needed or hand out brochure.

ii. Use FaceBook

iii. Have topics presented to each MPS PTO leader
iv. Rotate meeting locations to involve concerned citizens at Winter Valley, Fuller Village & Unquity House.
