Work by photographer Ruth Baltopoulos to be displayed at MPL

Notice from the Milton Public Library

During the month of September, the Milton Public Library will host photographer Ruth Baltopoulos in the Wotiz Gallery. She has been a resident of Milton for 28 years, originally from New York, has two adult daughters, and they all own their own horses. She grew up on a working dairy farm, her main business is early childhood education, and she has been riding horses since she was small as have her children. Ruth also operated a small private horse farm for 10 years, has a lifelong interest in photograpy, and is mainly self taught but took a certification course with NY Institute for Photography.

Ms. Baltopoulus is a member of the Norfolk Hunt Club out of Medfield, MA, and has been riding with them and photographing the hunt for around 15 years. Her main focus is equine sporting photography, animals and landscapes.
