Letter: Bryan Furze extends his thanks to campaign committee and candidates

Letter from Bryan Furze

I am honored and humbled that Milton residents are entrusting me with your town as the newest member of the Planning Board. I will work hard and am dedicated to the initiatives I outlined in my campaign, namely controlling unfettered 40B development and promoting appropriate scaled commercial growth while preserving Milton’s character.

I want to thank my family for its patience and support, especially LeeMichael and Simon. I also want to thank all of my amazing supporters, especially my committee: April Anderson Lamoureux, Cheryl Tougias, Joseph Patrick O’Malley, Betty White, Anita Penta and Gene Boylan. The efforts to post signs, send dear friend cards, spread the word and get out the vote made the difference.

Thank you to John Sheldon and Michael Hale for running a competitive and fair race. There were many good ideas shared throughout the campaign, and I hope to work with you both in the future.

Finally, thank you to Bernie Lynch for 25 years of service to the Planning Board and Milton. I will work hard to maintain the integrity and dedication you displayed.

Bryan Furze
