This just in – the results from last Saturday’s 3rd annual Chess-a-Palooza held at the Milton Public Library.

The final results are:

Grades 6-8
1st Sachin Meier (four wins!)
2nd Christian Keka
3rd Evan Dyer

Grades 3-5
1st Ian Lundeen (four wins!)
2nd Logan Roberts
3rd Donovan Murray (after a hard-fought 5-way tie-breaker!)

Grades K-2
1st Joey Mussali (four wins!)
2nd Fred Simpson
3rd Declan Little

The organizers wish to thank all the participants and parents/guardians for making Chess-a-Palooza such a fun event. They hope everyone enjoyed the tournament. Every Milton school was represented, and everyone who played displayed outstanding sportsmanship and put forth his/her best effort . .
