Chadwick Boseman and Harrison Ford star in “the movie, “42: The Jackie Robinson Story” that will run on Monday, January 27 downstairs at the Milton Public Library, 476 Canton Avenue beginning at 6:30 p.m. The free event, sponsored by the Friends of the Milton Library, is open to the public.

The 128-minute movie is set in 1946, post World War II, when Branch Rickey (Harrison Ford) signed Jackie Robinson (Chadwick Boseman) to the Brooklyn Dodgers, breaking major league baseball’s infamous color line and forever changing history.
