Don Moulton recently donated a Milton Spring Beverages sign to the Milton Historical Society. Don saw the sign on eBay and decided it should be returned to its home town and added to the Milton Historical Society’s collection of Milton Spring bottles.

Around 1898 Charles C. Copeland began bottling Milton Spring Beverages on the Copeland Farm on Randolph Avenue. In 1927 the business was incorporated as Charles C. Copeland Co. Inc. A Pepsi Cola bottling franchise was secured by Copeland in 1935.

In 1983 Charles L. Copeland and his sister, Ruth Copeland Capper, owners of the Milton Spring Beverages Co. established the Copeland Foundation. Over the years the Copeland Foundation has provided millions of dollars to schools, non-profit organizations and charities on the South Shore.
