Notice from the Milton DPW

The Town of Milton – DPW would like to inform residents of a Water Main break on Franklin St. @ Howe St. today.

This was a totally unexpected event, and beyond our control.

Water service may be interrupted in this area today 07/03/2013 also in the areas around Franklin St. Periods of rusty water or no water may be expected.

PLEASE RUN TAP WATER BEFORE BEFORE DOING LAUNDRY TO MAKE SURE ALL RUST HAS BEEN CLEARED FROM THE LINE

Crews are currently on scene making repairs and expect to have all repairs completed and water service back on by the end of today.
