Fran Karoff a Milton resident and health and yoga instructor is hosting a free yoga session this Thursday to help people work through the experience of the Boston Marathon tragedy. The class, often called “a meditation in motion,” will be held in the Carney Hospital’s Cushing Auditorium on the 2nd floor. Parking is available in the front and back lots.

The class is free but donations to the Richard family will be collected from those who wish to contribute. You can also donate directly. Checks can be sent to:
