Editor’s note: We were thrilled to receive this news

The Milton Players, who are losing their home of 80 years due to the expected purchase and razing of the Milton Woman’s Club, have found a new home in partnership with the Massachusetts Hospital School, a healthcare facility providing care to children and young adults who have severe and/or multiple disabilities. Beginning November 1, 2013, the Players will perform in MHS’s state-of-the-art Brayton School Auditorium, located at 3 Randolph St. in Canton MA, minutes away from the Blue Hills Ski Resort. Their 2013-2014 season opens with the powerful production “The Diary of Anne Frank,” followed by the Woody Allen comedy “Don’t Drink the Water” and the murder mystery “Laura.”

The Milton Players’ final performances at the Woman’s Club are scheduled for this weekend, when the group presents Agatha Christie’s mystery thriller “The Unexpected Guest” April 19 & 20 at 8PM and April 21 at 2PM. Visit www.miltonplayers.org for tickets and information.
