The Boston Business Journal reported yesterday that Massachusetts home sales continue to slide. This is based on data from the Warren Group. Sales in April sank to their lowest level since 1990. The median price for a home fell 13.5% year over year to $265,000. You can read the full story here.

On the plus side, the BBJ also reports that the Boston Metropolitan area is ranked 4th in fitness out of the country’s top 50 metrpolitan areas.
