A fencing company is erecting a chain link fence around the St. Elizabeth’s rectory. No Trespassing sings have been put on the lawn. The church’s position is that the building is being removed because it will enhance the marketability of the property and that the building cannot be salvaged. It appears that the demolition will occur soon.
