Last Wednesday Milton public shcool students threw a party for the town in celebration of their 35oth birthday. And they pulled out all the stops. There were exhibits, performances, historic displays, and video presentations. And food!

Highlights included the high string quintet that is arguably the best string ensmble to perfom in years – and that is a high bar. These performers are special and you should mark your calendar now and plan to attend their end of year concert. A 3rd grader from Tucker, Dominique Thomas, gave a talk on the history of Milton. Any candidates running for town office might have breathed a small sigh of relief that this kid had not entered their race. It was good fun all around.
