Here is a concept of the Hendries development that was presented at the last meeting of the Planning Board. It illustrates a view of the bulding looking down Eliot Street(click on image for larger version).

Also coming to that area is The Plate.

The Plate is taking up residence next to Esprit de Vin and will be offering “handrafted comfort food” – sounds good. If you are driving down Central Ave you can’t miss them. They have painted the side of the building a shade of green that is . . .you can see it on their web site and they have a Facebook page – natch.
