The Planning Board is holding a public hearing on August12th @ 7:00 pm in the John Cronin Conference room at Town Hall regarding the mixed use site plan proposed for the Hendries building.

The Hendries building sits at the intersection of Central Ave. and Eliot Streets and has been abandoned for around 15 years.

The proposed development will house 38 condominiums and 7,498 sq feet of commercial space along with parking to accommodate 98 cars, according to the legal notice . The developer is Garrick Realty Trust.
