The Milton High School Holiday Choir will be preforming along with the Boston Conservatory of Music Cabaret.  After the concert there are bonfires with marshmallow roasting, cocoa, cider, cookies and  crafts.  The event is free!! Donations  for the Quincy food pantry or hats and mittens for the Salvation army mitten tree are welcome and appreciated.

The Boosters “Cans for Cats” can & bottle recycling drive will be held on Saturday, December 6th, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at Milton High School.

Tucker Neighborhood Association meeting

The next meeting of the Tucker Neighborhood Association will take place Thursday, December 3,
from 7 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. at the Milton Public Library on Canton Avenue in the Keyes Conference Room.

Joyful Noise! Holiday Promenade

Breaking news: Hubert has been adopted!

The Milton Animal League announced on their Facebook page today that one of their longest standing tenants has finally found a home. 731 folks have registered their “like” of this event. The League recently made a tremendous effort to find the fella a home. It worked. Congratulations Hubert and new friend!

Milton’s Paradise Lost?

David Smith, founder and CEO of the Affordable Housing Institute, has written an analysis of Milton’s affordable housing efforts that is heavily researched and reflects a strong point of view. It is a multi-part feature. It was posted in September and certain issues are out of date (e.g. The Milton Mews project on Brush Hill Road is not longer in development). Thanks for Giving Service honors outstanding volunteers
