Milton Youth Lacrosse registration is now open – info night 1/8

Milton Youth Lacrosse is now registering players (girls and boys in grades 1-8) for the spring 2013 season.Registration will be open until January 15th. All levels and first time players are encouraged to sign up. There will be an information/Equipment night on Tuesday January 8th from 6:30 – 8:00 at Cunningham Hall.

Blue Hill mountain biking in the snow

Following the jump is a video of a guy mountain biking through the Blue Hills. He is likely wearing a GoPro camera. If you are unfamiliar with them they are nifty video cameras you can attach to a hat or helmut so you can film hands free. The370zzz filmed it and it looks like fun though I don’t think I would try it.

Milton 4, Newton North 2: Tigers fall short in girls hockey comeback

Sophomore Caitlin O’Hanley’s goal from senior Jaimie Renner brought the Newton North girls hockey team within a goal of visiting Milton on Wednesday before the visitors added an insurance tally in the third period of a 4-2 final. (Read the full story here.)
