Award-winning mystery authors Hallie Ephron and Hank Phillippi Ryan talk about writing ‘page turners.’ Hallie Ephron lives in East Milton and her “suburban noir,” critically acclaimed mystery novel NEVER TELL A LIE is set here, though she calls it Brush Hills. Our own 7NEWS hard-hitting investigative reporter Hank Phillippi Ryan writes mystery novels (PRIME TIME (Agatha winner), FACE TIME, and AIR TIME) that feature top notch Boston TV investigative news reporter Charlie McNally who bears more than a passing resemblance to Hank herself. Come to the Milton Library and hear these award winning authors talk about how they mix fact and fiction to craft their novels.
