Four hurt when car overturns in Milton

Four people were injured when the car they were in flipped onto its roof on the Blue Hills Parkway in Milton.

Elizabeth Canty, 20, of Milton was driving when the accident happened, at about 1:30 a.m.(Read the full story here.)

Independent consultant endorses recommendation to establish independent facilities department

In January of 2009, the Consolidated Facilities Exploratory Committee (CFEC) released its findings.

The committee had been appointed in January of 2008 by the Board of Selectmen to assess the possibility of “creating a new Town of Milton facilities department by combining pre-existing and anticipated maintenance services that presently take place through separate departments within the town and the school department.”

Blue Hills accepting construction applications
