  • Juniors; Attention Juniors…class shirts may still be purchased for $12.00. See a class officer for details.

  • Thanksgiving Football: Wildcat Cards will not be honored at the Thanksgiving Game against Braintree.  All tickets are $7.00
  • Winter Sports: Sign ups are today and Monday from 2:00-4:00. You must have a current physical and a clearance card in order to participate. Remember to bring your permission slip and a check made out to MHS. Your check will be returned if you do not make the team. See the Athletic Office with any questions.
  • Habitat for Humanity: There will be a mandatory Habitat for humanity meeting today directly after school in room 232.
  • Young Republicans Club: There will be an organizational meeting for the Young Republicans Club today in room 236 at 2:20.
  • Photography Club: There will be a meeting directly after school today in room 211. We will be discussing new ideas for photo shoot locations. Bring in pictures. New members always welcome!
  • FBLA: (Future Business Leaders of America) will meet today from 2:30 to 3pm in room 301. Any questions contact Mr. Amar.
  • Spanish Club: there will be a Spanish Club Meeting directly after school Tuesday Dec 1 to
  • discuss holiday Events and fund raising.
  • Flag Football: Any senior or junior boy interested in participating in a flag football tournament please sign up outside of room 122. The tournament will take place on December 5th (time TBA) and it will cost $5 to participate.

Guidance

  • A representative from Drew University will be in the guidance office at 2:20 to discuss opportunities at Drew for interested students today.
  • MEFA Presentation of College Financing; The Milton High PTSFO will host the MEFA Presentation of College Financing on Wednesday December 16, 2009 in the High School Library at 7:00pm. Parents and students are invited to attend the Massachusetts Educational Finance Authority’s (MEFA) free comprehensive presentation on College Financing
  • Seniors: Any senior who has a college admission deadline of December 15th must have transcript request forms and yellow envelopes in to Guidance by November 24th.
  • Seniors: Any senior who has a college admission deadline of January 1st must have transcript request forms and yellow envelopes in to Guidance by November 30th.

Community Service

  • Milton Woman’s Club: Student volunteers are still needed for the Milton Women’s Club fall leaf clean up. Information is available at the Main Office.
  • Snow Shoveling: Students who adopted a senior for snow shoveling please call Mary Ann Sullivan at 617-898 4893 with your information in order to get credit for your services.
  • Echo: Do you need community service? Submit to the Echo! Every original submission gets an hour of community service. Be creative and have fun! You’re welcome to join us on Thursdays in room 220. See you there!
  • Pierce Holiday Fair: The Pierce Holiday Fair is looking for several volunteers on Wednesday December 2nd from 4:00-9:30 pm. Please come to the Main Office for more information.
