Story Walk at Trailside

Join the Milton Early Childhood Alliance this fall for a new story! We are happy to, once again, bring you and your family this wonderful outdoor, rain or shine, free literacy event! Visit the Trailside Museum and enjoy a story posted along the way as you walk around their grounds. This is a terrific opportunity to enjoy a wonderful children’s book while taking a healthy walk. Stop at each post and read the page with your child. Or, have them read the page to you! This Story Walk can easily be appreciated by children both young and old. While you’re there, visit the Trailside Museum’s exhibits, have a picnic, or take a hike in the Blue Hills.

Where: Trailside Museum  1904 Canton Ave., Milton

When: Daily, October 1 to 31, 2014 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

(Note: The Trailside Museum’s indoor exhibit hall and gift shop are open on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays only from 10:00-5:00.)

Please dress appropriately for the weather as this is an outdoor event!

Don’t forget to let us know you enjoyed the book by signing our guest register afterreading the last page of the story!
