Yesterday Milton residents gathered on the green in front of Town Hall to pay tribute to and acknowledge the sacrifice of our veterans. MHS graduate and Lieutenant Colonel Matthew Stanton was the featured speaker. Colonel Stanton, who asked rhetorically why service personnel enlist? ”To protect we the people.”

I think this is so great… but maybe you would get a better attendance if you held this next year on Sunday, there are a lot of
people who must work on Veteran’s day.
