The LAST DATE TO REGISTER FOR THE STATE PRIMARY is Friday, August 17, 2012. The Office of the Town Clerk will host a registration session on this date and will be open from 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. You may register in person or by mail. To register to vote in person, you must appear and register at the Town Clerk’s Office by 8:00 p.m. on the last day to register. When registering by mail, your voter registration form must be postmarked by the deadline for you to be eligible. You may obtain a downloadable Voter Registration Form on the Office of the Town Clerk’s website www.townofmilton.org/clerk. The Mail-In Voter Registration Form can be used to register to vote in Massachusetts; update registration information due to a change of name, make a change of address, or to register with a political party. Please Note: After filling out this form, you must print it, sign it and send it to theTown Clerk’s Office at 525 Canton Avenue.
