On August 10, the Milton Public Library’s Teen Services department will host a screening of George Romero’s 1968 zombie classic, The Night of the Living Dead. Teens entering grades 6-12 are invited to join us at 2:30 for an afternoon of thrills! (Please note: the film was released before movie ratings were in place, but features zombie violence and brief nudity). Human-appropriate snacks (no brains!) will be provided.

The screening is part of Own the Night, the Library’s summer reading program for middle and high school students. For more information about summer reading at the Milton Public Library, please see the teen page of the library’s website (www.miltonlibrary.org/teen.asp). This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Milton Public Library.

The Library is located at 476 Canton Avenue. Please contact Emily Calkins, Young Adult Librarian, at 617-698-4958 or email Ms. Calkins with questions.
